Every Meridian engagement begins the same way: a confidential conversation about what your district already has in place and what prompted the outreach. There is no obligation, and no fee for the initial consultation.

The form to the right is the fastest way to reach us. A member of the Meridian team will respond within one business day with a proposed time for the initial consultation.
What to expect
The first conversation runs 30 to 45 minutes. It is led by a principal, not an intake specialist, and it is confidential. You should expect specific questions about your current operations plan, recent exercises, grant history, and the situation that prompted the outreach.
If there is a fit, we follow the conversation with a written scope of work and a fixed-fee proposal. If there is not, we will say so and, where possible, refer you to someone who is a better match for the work.
